Performance Management

Performance management at eMoney is designed to help employees grow and do their best work. It includes goal setting, feedback, coaching, and development throughout the year.

Performance is measured in two areas:

  • Goals (75%) – The objectives you set with your manager that outline what you’re working to accomplish and how your work supports team and company priorities. During your first 30 days at eMoney, you and your manager will work together to set your goals for the year.
  • Competencies (25%) – The behaviors and skills expected for your role level that reflect how you work, collaborate, and contribute to eMoney’s culture.

All performance activities — including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and ongoing feedback — take place in DIG, eMoney’s performance management and learning platform. Learn more about setting goals and our performance management process here.

Performance management also plays a role in eMoney’s performance bonus program, helping connect your contributions to both personal growth and company success. Learn more about our bonus program here.
