Email Signature and Marketing Templates
Summit Email Signature
Add the Summit signature to your emails – especially those with clients and prospects – to help promote Summit and drive awareness in your day-to-day communications!
Replace the placeholder information with your own:
Name
Job title
Phone number
Once updated, highlight the entire table and copy it.
Open the desktop version of Outlook and select New Email.
In the top menu, click Signature > Signatures.
Select New, name the signature (example: “Summit 2026”), and click OK.
Paste the copied signature into the signature editor
Under the Choose default signature section, set the following options for your signature:
New messages: Select Summit 2026 (or whatever you named your signature)
Replies/forwards: You can select Summit 2026 for your signature to be added automatically when you reply to or forward messages. Otherwise, accept the default option of (none).
Click Save or OK to finish.
Your new Summit signature is now ready to use in Outlook!

Is the 2026 eMoney Summit being held virtually?
Yes! We’ve found that holding the Summit virtually expands the opportunity for attendance and enables greater flexibility for our attendees.

What is the cost to attend?
The full ticket price to attend Summit is $565. However, we are offering early bird pricing through June 21 at $465. Following this promo period, summer pricing at a rate of $515 will begin and run through September 24 after which it will rise to the full ticket price of $565.
Are there any discounts available if registering a firm with 10+ people?
Payment is required to complete your registration and can be made using all major credit cards via our secure payment processing site. Please contact us at advisorsummit@emoneyadvisor.com if this is an issue for your firm.
What’s included in the registration?
Registration gives you full access to all three days of the virtual eMoney Summit and includes:
Access to mainstage sessions, breakouts, panel discussions, and other event activities
One individual training session with an eMoney expert for each registrant
Access to recorded presentations and materials after the event (for a limited time)
Where can I find the schedule for the 2026 eMoney Summit?
When the schedule is available, it will be posted in the Schedule tab where you can learn more about our general sessions, CE-eligible breakout topics, keynotes, and more. Be sure to check back, as we’ll release new information on speakers and sessions as we get closer to the event. Keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for attendees will all be included in the online event.
Will I have opportunities to interact with expert eMoney trainers and CFP professionals?
Yes! The virtual 2026 eMoney Summit will feature breakout sessions led by eMoney experts from the Training, Financial Planning, and Marketing teams.
You’ll also have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one session to cover any eMoney topics you need support on.
Will I be able to access the content on-demand?
Yes! You can live stream the event or view sessions on-demand.
Note: To receive Continuing Education credits, you must attend the live online session. The availability of presentation recordings is dependent on speaker approval.
Will I have the opportunity to ask questions during sessions?
Yes! You will have the opportunity to interact and chat your questions to presenters throughout the event.
How do I collect Continuing Education (CE) credits?
During registration, make sure to complete the question, What is your CFP Board ID?, with that information, we can report your credits to the CFP Board on your behalf. Once the session has ended, you will be able to download your CE certificate.
Note: You will need to be online for the entire session to receive credit. Our Financial Planning team will reach out to you 1-2 weeks post-Summit to confirm that your CE credits were submitted.
How many Continuing Education credits can I earn?
By attending a different breakout at each time slot offered, attendees can earn up to 15 CFP® CE credits (pending approval), including two credits for attending the CFP Board of Ethics two-hour presentation.
Note: Attendees must be present for the entirety of the presentation to be eligible for CE credit.
What designations qualify for Continuing Education?

Do I need to stay for the entire live session to receive my CE credits?
Yes — to receive credits, you must arrive to the live session promptly on time and stay for the entirety of the session.
What if I am unable to attend all the days of the event?
That’s okay! Registration includes access to recorded presentations and materials after the event so you can catch up on our educational content when it works for you. However, to obtain CE credits, you must attend the sessions live.
What is the cancellation policy?
While we’d hate to see you cancel, we understand that life sometimes throws you a curve ball. Check out our Terms and Conditions for full details. Please note: The last day to cancel and receive a refund is August 31. You must contact eMoney by email at advisorsummit@emoneyadvisor.com to cancel.
