This team leads the execution of companywide (enterprise) projects and initiatives, while providing visibility and oversight for the Core Leadership Team’s (CLT) priorities. They partner with teams and stakeholders across eMoney to offer guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, helping ensure projects are delivered successfully from start to finish.
This team regularly creates strategic and financial plans that forecast what eMoney’s financial results will look like in future periods – helping to drive financial transparency across the organization. This team also monitors and measures the health of our business to ensure we’re achieving our goals. They also analyze financial data, monitor performance, and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for the organization. This team is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for eMoney’s products and services. They also bring together a cross-functional team to align on renewal strategies. Lastly, the team supports our in-house deal desk, which is where we evaluate, customize, and finalize each sales deal before closing – enabling eMoney to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Procurement supports teams across eMoney by simplifying purchasing, managing vendor partnerships, and helping the company invest resources wisely. As part of this work, the team plays a key role in vendor management, with all vendor reviews and processes managed through OneTrust.
The vendor management process involves representatives from Finance and Information & Security. These teams review and evaluate all vendors and vendor agreements and will assist you throughout the vendor review and approval process.
All employees must use OneTrust to submit vendor requests to the Vendor Management team instead of sending those requests to vendormanagement@emoneyadvisor.com. You will be able to use OneTrust for the following:
This team is heavily involved with the day-to-day functionality of Zuora, our billing software, and is responsible for tracking eMoney’s cash flow transactions which involve accounts payable and receivable (billing), and payroll. The contracts administration team is also responsible for entitlements/provisioning – enabling our clients to access our products.

This team ensures accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of financial transactions to provide essential information for decision-making, compliance, and financial control. They’re also responsible for processing payroll each pay period – ensuring the accuracy of payment to employees.
The AP team is responsible for managing and processing the company’s payments to suppliers, vendors, and creditors. They ensure that all financial obligations are met accurately and in a timely manner. This team also processes all invoices and employee expense reports – ensuring they’re fully audited and in compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines. Lastly, they own the American Express Corporate Card program and annual issuance of Form 1099-MISC and Form 1099-NEC tax documents.
This team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, accurate billing, all account provisioning, and timely payment collection. This group contributes to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and the overall financial health of the business.
This team ensures the operational readiness of our physical office location – ensuring we provide an optimal employee experience in the office. To do this, the team manages the operational aspects of our commercial property – including the design, planning, and construction of our space, is accountable for services such as facility modifications, cleaning, security, seating, parking, etc., develops and maintains vendor relationships, and deals with any building emergencies that arise – all in an effort to make sure eMoney’s office environment is in suitable conditions to work.

All travel and expenses will be booked and submitted using Concur, our travel and expense management platform – which can be accessed via Okta. Visit Okta now.
Please book all travel through Concur with our travel partner, World Travel Service, Inc. This keeps everything in one place for safety, reporting, and cost management and gives you access to a travel agent if disruptions arise.
To keep reimbursements running smoothly, please submit your expense report in Concur within two weeks of the billing cycle closing. This gives your manager time to review and approve, and Finance time to process payment without delays.
