eMoney’s Employee Engagement Committee (EEC)

The EEC is a cross-functional group of employee representatives dedicated to fostering a workplace culture where people feel connected, valued, and inspired to do their best work.

Employee engagement reflects an individual’s emotional connection to their organization and its mission. An engaged employee:

  • Believes in the company’s goals and understands how their efforts contribute to success.
  • Goes the extra mile to deliver impact and support others
  • Feels a personal connection to their work and colleagues.

Our Mission, Vision & Goals | Subcommittees | Charter | Committee Members

To enhance eMoney’s culture by creating meaningful connections, fostering inclusion, and supporting business success through authentic employee engagement.

To positively influence organizational success through initiatives that strengthen employee retention, satisfaction, and belonging – while promoting a culture that rewards collaboration, creativity, and well-being.

  • Drive connection and collaboration across the company through programs, events, and initiatives that reflect our Core Values.
  • Champion eMoney’s philanthropic vision through volunteer activities, donation drives, and the employer match giving program.
  • Serve as engagement ambassadors and share company news, gather feedback, and represent employee voices.
  • Promote a culture of recognition throughEEC-sponsored initiatives.
  • Model our values by fostering inclusion, empathy, and respect in every interaction.

The EEC is organized into four subcommittees aligned to our core values:

  • Collaboration
  • Creativity
  • Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
  • People-First

This structure reflects our commitment to living our values in intentional, consistent, and visible ways – allowing us to align engagement efforts with what defines us as a company, create experiences that reinforce our culture, and operate as one cohesive team with a shared purpose.

The EEC’s charter was created to provide a clear and formalized framework for its establishment, purpose, responsibilities, structure, and operation within eMoney. It serves as a guiding document that outlines our objectives, goals, subcommittees, and decision-making processes. View it here.
