The Sales team includes Advisor Sales, Enterprise Account Management, Sales Development, and Sales Operations, all aligned to grow eMoney’s business.
eMoney’s Advisor Sales team is responsible for generating new revenue by selling eMoney’s platform to financial professionals. They build relationships, identify opportunities, and close new business.
Roles within the Advisor Sales team include:
This team is focused on driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals, and strategic account planning, while delivering a unified, strategic client experience that drives business outcomes and measurable growth for both eMoney and our top accounts. These are typically accounts with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $150K and above.
Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focus on inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Their goal isn’t to close deals – they generate and qualify leads, moving them through the pipeline until they’re ready for a sales rep. This two-step process lets our sales reps and account managers concentrate on closing deals, while Sales Development handles finding and qualifying new leads.
Sales Development roles are broken down by the following areas:
The Sales Operations team supports and enables eMoney’s sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process so eMoney’s sales team are more productive and successful. The team is responsible for sales strategy, territory structuring, and alignment to sales process optimization, compensation plans, sales automation, training, and data analytics and reporting. In short, this team handles anything and everything that helps eMoney’s sales teams establish and maintain sustainable growth.
Account coverage is organized by tier (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3), with tiers defined by total annual recurring revenue (ARR) for existing business and total number of advisors for new logo business. These tiers sit within defined sales territories, helping ensure clear ownership, balanced coverage, and the right level of support for each account.
