Employee Hotline

  • How do I access the employee hotline?

    Employee Hotline Information 

    Our anonymous employee hotline (through Syntrio) should be used to report fraud, unlawful, unethical, and other types of improper behavior. Below is information on how to submit a claim – it’s that simple! There is no login information needed.

    Please remember, this hotline is NOT a substitute for routine communications within our organization between employees and their supervisors and managers, particularly in regard to workplace duties. Likewise, it does not replace communications with PX staff about benefit issues or other job-related issues.

General/Misc. Questions

  • What is eMoney’s pay schedule?
    eMoney’s pay schedule falls on the 9th and 24th of every month.
    If the 9th or 24th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payday will be the preceding Friday. Likewise, if the 9th or 24th falls on an observed holiday, payday will be the preceding business day.
  • Verify eMoney Employment

    How Do I Verify My eMoney Employment?

    Here are the typical circumstances when you need to verify your employment:

    • When you apply for a mortgage or auto loan, the lending institution may want to confirm you are currently employed and earn enough income to cover your monthly payments.
    • When you apply to rent a home, the property management company or landlord may want to confirm you have a steady income and can afford rent payments, as well as your deposit and any maintenance costs.
    • When you are asking to defer or reduce loan payments, the bank may require you to share proof of your current income and use this information to determine whether or not they can fulfill your request.
    • When you are pursuing a job opportunity with another employer, the company may want to verify the information you provided in your application and resume as part of their background check process.

    What Steps Do I Need to Take?

    NOTE: No eMoney employee can verify their own employment or that of their direct reports. If you are a people manager, please defer to PX with any requests received.
    1. Complete your loan application or other paperwork requiring employment verification.
    2. By completing the paperwork, you are giving your consent for the lending institution to obtain employment verification through The Work Number® from Equifax – a trusted and reliable digital verification system.
    3. The lending institution will work directly with The Work Number® – who can securely answer requests for employment and income information through an automated, online system.
    4. If the lending institution is unaware of The Work Number, give them the following info:
      1. Website: www.theworknumber.com
      2. Phone: 866-604-6572
      3. eMoney Company Code: 3090640

    The Work Number system provides employment and income information only to authorized, credentialed verifiers who have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and who certify they have your consent to having your income information provided.

    PX securely provides your payroll information to The Work Number after each payroll cycle for the highest degree of data accuracy.

  • Employee Access After Leave of Absence

    Access reactivation for an employee is submitted by PX for processing. Please do not place these requests into the CorpOps Teams Channel, as these circumstances can be personal to the employee and should not be shared out to the entire organization. If you have a question about a returning employee’s access, please reach out to PX directly for further support.

  • Home Address in ADP

    Update your address in ADP:

    The first thing you will want to do after you have moved is update your address in ADP. From the home screen:

    1. Select “Myself” then “Personal Profile
    2. In the middle of the page, you will see “Address” hover over that box and select the pencil
    3. Enter your new primary address, if you live in an apartment or complex, please make sure that the unit number is listed on line 2. County is not required but can be included.
    4. Please also make sure that the “Legal/Preferred Address” button is filled in for this address. Once you’re finished hit the done button

    Once the change has been submitted, a PX employee will review and approve. If need be, you will be sent an additional form to complete for your local taxes which may have changed with your move. PX will then update your local tax jurisdiction (or state) in ADP if necessary. After the change has been approved, the new address will feed to all benefit carrier systems (with the exception of one, see below) and your accounts will be updated accordingly. It can take up to 2 weeks for all carrier systems to be updated.

  • Marital Status in ADP

    In order to update your marital status in ADP, PX will need is a copy of your marriage certificate. You can email that to PX@emoneyadvisor.com.

    Once PX receives a copy, the team will make the necessary adjustments. in ADP.

    NOTE: If you want to update your tax filings, you would then just have to update your W-4 (in ADP) to reflect the changes you’d like to make moving forward.

Holiday Schedule

  • 2026 Holiday Schedule

    The 2026 Holiday Schedule includes: 

    • 10 preassigned Holidays
    • 2 unassigned Floating Holidays
      • Can be used on any day chosen by the employee, subject to manager approval.
    • Your Birthday
      • You may take a day in the week preceding or following your birthday.

    Note: This schedule can also be viewed in ADP when requesting time off!

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • How do I request paid time off?

    How Do I Request PTO?

    Refer to the following policy: eMoney Advisor Handbook [PTO Policy] (located in Service Now > Policy Library)

    Paid time off (for benefits-eligible employees) includes the following categories:

    • PTO (vacation, sick and personal time off)
      • Exempt (salaried) employees may request PTO in 4 and 8-hour increments
      • Employees may borrow a maximum of 40 PTO hours not yet accrued
    • Floating Holidays
      • Each year eMoney offers 2 floating holidays, these may be pre-assigned by the company to specific days each year, in which case they would be treated as a Scheduled Holiday
      • If not assigned by the Company, they may be used on any day of the year upon manager approval
      • May be requested in 4 and 8-hour increments
    • Birthday Holiday
      • Employees may request a paid holiday to fall within 5 business days before or after (10-day window) his/her birthday each year
        • Restricted to request full 8 hours at a time
    • Bereavement
      • 5-day absence to attend a funeral for a family member (defined in handbook)
      • 3-day absence to attend a funeral for an extended family member (aunt, uncle, cousin, niece, nephew or grandparent-in-law)
      • 1-day absence to attend a funeral for other family members or close friends
    • Jury Duty
      • Full-time employees are paid their full salary for jury duty or when called to give witness testimony for Company matters
  • How can I see how much PTO I have?

    How can I see how much PTO I have?

    Employees can view current PTO balances under the Former PTO Policy in ADP by selecting
    Myself > Time Off > Time Off Balances

    • Click on the new PTO policy or Former PTO policy in the first column.
    • On the “Summary” page, you’ll see the total number of hours available
      • Pro tip: Click the “Earned” tab to view your accrual rate each pay period
    • To translate your total number of hours to days divide your total number of hours
      balance by 8*

      • Example: 166 ÷ 8 = 20.75 days
        *There are 8 hours in a work

401(k) Plan

Benefits-eligible employees can enroll in eMoney’s 401(k) plan after 90 days of service. Once enrolled, you’re immediately 100% vested in eMoney’s contributions. eMoney matches 100% of the first 1% of eligible compensation and 50% on the next 5% (Roth & Traditional).

  • Where do I manage my 401(k) plan?

    Fidelity NetBenefits is the online portal where you manage your eMoney retirement benefits and charitable giving. Through NetBenefits, you can access your 401(k) to review and adjust your contributions, explore investment options, and view employer match details – all in one place.

    NetBenefits is also where benefits-eligible employees access Workplace Giving, our charitable giving platform. From there, you can search for nonprofits, make donations, and automatically receive eMoney’s annual matching gift (up to $200 for eligible donations). Add Spouse/Baby to Benefits

  • How do I add a new spouse or baby to my benefits?

    How Do I Add a New Spouse or New Baby to my Benefits?

    1. Login to ADP, click “Myself”, “Personal Information” then “Dependents & Beneficiaries”
    2. Select the “Add” button under the “Dependents and Beneficiaries” header, then select
      which type of dependent you are adding.
    3. Fill in your dependent’s person information. Name, DOB, SSN (Tax ID), and Gender
      are required fields.
    4. If you do not yet have your new baby’s SSN, you can select the “Applied for a Tax ID”
      button.
    5. Once you have entered the information, it will take you to a summary page, from there
      select “Continue to Enrollment”.
    6. “Walk Me Through My Benefit Options” will be the default selection, this is
      recommended.
    7. From here, it will walk you through all of your benefit plan options. You can make
      changes to your elections at this time.
    8. For any plan that you would like to add your new child or spouse to, click into that and
      select “Edit Plan”.
    9. Select whichever coverage level applies to you under the “Choose a Coverage Level”
      section and make sure your dependent has a check next to his/her name under the
      “Choose Dependents” section.
    10. Once you are done making changes to your elections, click the “Review & Complete” button at the top of the page. From here it will show you a summary of your new elections. If everything looks good, select “Complete Enrollment” at the top of the page.
    11. This will then go to PX for approval. If you had a new baby, you will need to provide
      a birth certificate to PX (a hospital issued birth certificate is fine). If you are adding a
      new spouse, you will need to provide a marriage certificate to PX.

Leave of Absence (LOA)

  • How do I apply for a leave of absence?

    How Do I Apply for a Leave of Absence?

    If you need to take time off of work for an extended period of time, the following types of
    leave are available to benefits-eligible employees. Please refer to the eMoney Advisor
    Handbook (located in Service Now > Policy Library) for more information regarding each type of leave or click here for an overview.

    There are many different reasons for taking a leave of absence and each of the available leaves has different eligibility requirements and stipulations. Please speak with PX to determine which leave is best for your individual situation. The most common reasons for taking a leave of absence are:

    • For the birth and care of a newborn child
    • For placement with an employee of a child for adoption or foster care
    • To care for an immediate family member (spouse, child or parent) with a serious health condition
    • To take medical leave if you are unable to work because of a serious health condition of
      your own

    Please note, this list is not inclusive and leaves of absence can be granted for reasons
    not mentioned above. Please refer to the eMoney Advisor Handbook for more
    information.

    If you need to take a leave of absence, please follow the below process:

    1. Email PX@emoneyadvisor.com to set up time to discuss your situation and go over your leave options.
    2. PX will verify your leave eligibility and determine which leave is most appropriate for your situation.
    3. You will then submit a formal written request for the designated leave to PX
    4. Depending on the type and reason for your leave, you and a physician may be asked to
      complete and submit paperwork supporting your requested leave.
    5. Once approved, you will notify your manager of your upcoming leave including expected dates.
    6. PX will reach out to you regarding next steps.

    Important Reminders While on Leave:

    • You will not accrue PTO and your bonus award may be pro-rated to reflect the length of service as an active employee during the bonus year.
    • While you do not accrue PTO during a leave, you can use previously accrued PTO or
      previously awarded Floating Holidays concurrently with an unpaid leave to receive pay for days of your choice during the leave.
    • eMoney will continue to pay the Employer portion of your health and welfare benefit
      premiums. You are still responsible for paying the Employee portion of your health and welfare benefit premiums.
    • Your 401(k) and HSA contributions will be stopped until you return to work, unless you are receiving a paycheck directly from eMoney, in which case, the contributions will continue to be deducted based on your elections.

    How do I request a corporate cell phone or request cell phone reimbursement?

    eMoney employees can either request a corporate-issued cell phone or request semi-monthly reimbursement for their personal cell phone for business purposes.

    Your manager will complete these steps on your behalf.

    1. Go to Service Now.
    2. On the main page, under the Employee Management section, click Corporate Cell Phone or Reimbursement Request

    NOTE: Once the request is submitted, it is reviewed by PX and Finance.

    Work eligibility for new hires is confirmed through federal systems designed to ensure compliance and protect employee rights.
