Through the DEI Subcommittee of the Employee Engagement Committee (EEC), we work to embed DEI principles into everyday experiences at eMoney. This includes identifying and reducing barriers so all employees have fair access to opportunities, growth, and recognition, as well as fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and employees feel seen, heard, and respected.
The subcommittee also helps raise awareness of how DEI shows up in the evolution of our products and services – supporting our mission to help advisors reach more people and make financial planning more accessible.
