From grabbing a Random Coffee or virtual lunch with teammates to volunteering, participating in Spirit Weeks, and more, many engagement opportunities earn you points along the way – with chances to win quarterly prizes.

At eMoney, open communication isn’t just something we talk about – it’s something we make time for. That’s why our Core Leadership Team (CLT) hosts bi-monthly virtual office hours: a relaxed, come-as-you-are space to connect, ask questions, and share what’s on your mind.
No presentations. No formal Q&A. Just a relaxed conversation with leaders who genuinely want to connect. Topics can range from career growth, business goals, and client or product feedback to industry trends – or even your latest Netflix obsession. Have something you want to ask or share? Jump in. Prefer to listen and learn? That’s perfectly fine too. Everyone is welcome.

The DEI Movie Club brings employees together to reflect, learn, and connect through film. Every other month, we watch a selected movie and share our takeaways in a supportive, judgment-free space. It’s a fun way to meet new people and broaden your perspective. **Bonus: All new members receive a movie gift package to kick things off!

The eMoney DEI Book Club is an opportunity to connect with colleagues through shared reading, open dialogue, and meaningful reflection. This voluntary group supports our commitment to an inclusive, curious, and compassionate workplace – one where every voice matters. By exploring diverse perspectives and lived experiences, we’ll strengthen empathy, challenge assumptions, and build community across teams.
Throughout the year, we schedule various social and wellness events that provide opportunities to prioritize wellness in the workplace and beyond, in addition to having a little fun along the way. Some examples of previous events include a companywide meditation session, family-style virtual cooking experience, and a cookies and cocktail virtual baking experience.
