Open Enrollment is officially closed for 2026.
This is your opportunity to review your current benefits and dependents and make any updates for the upcoming plan year. While our benefits’ costs and coverage details remain largely unchanged, we encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review their selections—even if you don’t anticipate making changes or are covered through a spouse or partner—so you don’t miss any important updates.
A Few Things to Know Before You Enroll
- This year is a passive enrollment, meaning most of your current benefit elections will automatically carry over to the upcoming plan year. To participate in a Medical or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Voluntary Employee, Spouse, or Child Life Insurance, you’ll need to actively re-enroll as these elections do not roll over.
- Your benefit providers remain the same:
- Medical: Independence Blue Cross (IBX)
-
- The annual contribution limits for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) have increased:
- HSA: Up to $4,400 (individual), $8,750 (family), plus a $1,000 catch-up contribution for those age 55+.
- Medical FSA: Up to $3,400/year
- Dependent Care FSA: Up to $7,500/year ($3,750 if married and filing separate tax returns)
- If you’re enrolled in the MetLife dental plan, you’re now eligible for two preventive exams per calendar year — whenever it works best for you and your provider.
- That means you do not need to wait six months between visits for coverage to apply.
