Career Development Resources Update

Throughout 2022, you may have noticed that we increased our communications to highlight tools, resources, and helpful information focused on career development and professional growth based on feedback from employee engagement focus groups. As part of this effort, we spent each quarter this year highlighting various resources that the DevelopeMe platform offers to help you in your career development. However, after reviewing the engagement metrics throughout this year – and since its launch in 2020 – the decision has been made to disable DevelopMe – effective Dec. 7 – due to low usage and lack of engagement.

Important Notes

• If you wish to download reports of assessments you’ve completed in the platform for future reference, you can do so by visiting DevelopMe > clicking your email in the top right corner > Reports. Click into a report and in the top right corner of the report summary, you’ll see a green “Print Report” button. Click that and save it as a PDF.
• If your development plan for the year is dependent on content in DevelopMe and you have not yet completed it, please reach out to your manager and PX to discuss alternative/comparable training options.

There are still plenty of ways in which eMoney is committed to supporting your career development and professional growth. Moving forward, we will focus our efforts on promoting the platforms/resources listed below as we continue to invest in your growth.
