Employee Support Resources

Leadership Team July 1, 2022 Elizabeth Mazanek

As the topic of health care becomes increasingly important for many Americans following the Supreme Court’s recent overturning of Roe v. Wade, we’d like to remind you that eMoney is committed to providing benefits designed to support you and your family’s total well-being in partnership with Aetna, our new provider.

Aetna offers health care coverage inclusive of mental health services with broad national networks and benefits for in- and out-of-state care. Currently, fully insured plans do not include travel and lodging for out-of-state treatments; however, Aetna is assessing a travel and lodging solution and will share updates as they occur. For more information on the details of Aetna’s coverage, view this FAQ; and be sure to complete open enrollment by July 8.

Additionally, the Employee Assistance Program is available to all eMoney employees and their dependents. This confidential service provides free counseling sessions, legal guidance, and other professional support for a variety of work and life-related issues.

Our employee resources and benefits also extend to fostering a culture based on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion and our other core values. We recognize that each of you may have strong opinions, varying perspectives, and unique personal experiences. Treating differing views with respect and empathy is the key to ensuring inclusion for all and reflects our commitment to providing a safe and heathy work environment.
