Our anonymous employee hotline (through Syntrio) should be used to report fraud, unlawful, unethical, and other types of improper behavior. Below is information on how to submit a claim – it’s that simple! There is no login information needed.
Please remember, this hotline is NOT a substitute for routine communications within our organization between employees and their supervisors and managers, particularly in regard to workplace duties. Likewise, it does not replace communications with PX staff about benefit issues or other job-related issues.

Once the change has been submitted, a PX employee will review and approve. If need be, you will be sent an additional form to complete for your local taxes which may have changed with your move. After the change has been approved, the new address will feed to all benefit carrier systems (with the exception of one, see below) and your accounts will be updated accordingly. It can take up to 2 weeks for all carrier systems to be updated.
