Q&A Summary

  • With many companies replacing entry-level engineers and interns with AI, does eMoney plan to change its co-op hiring pipeline?
    • We plan to continue investing in our co-op program – it remains an important part of our hiring strategy. That said, converting co-ops into full-time roles depends on available headcount. We’ve taken that approach over the past few years and will continue to be thoughtful about how co-ops transition into full-time opportunities.
  • What’s happening to development plans currently in DIG with the new system?
    • Your goals and development plans will carry over into the updated DIG experience. Once the new performance experience is launched, we’ll ask everyone to take a moment to review and confirm everything transferred correctly. If anything is missing, PX will still have access to what was entered earlier this year and can help ensure nothing is lost.
  • Is there a budget in place for broader adoption of AI tools across the organization in 2026?
    • We’re actively working through that now. As we expand AI usage across teams, we want to make sure we’re doing so thoughtfully – especially when it comes to managing costs, like token usage. Establishing the right governance and approach at the enterprise level is a key part of that planning.
  • With eMoney’s values, do we intend to offset the energy/water usage AI generates?
    • AI does have environmental implications, especially related to energy and water use in data centers. While we don’t operate those data centers directly, we partner with providers like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft, who are investing in renewable energy and efficiency.
    • Internally, we reduced our footprint by shutting down our co-location hosting facility last summer, removing physical servers and reducing the need for hardware, cooling, and power. We remain focused on using AI thoughtfully and intentionally, making sure it drives real value and not unnecessary usage. This is an evolving area, and we’ll continue to look for ways to be responsible as we scale.
