Bring order to complex work

  • See how structured workflows reduce chaos
  • Keep projects moving with clear timelines and ownership
  • Make collaboration smoother across teams

Learn when Asana is worth using

Not everything belongs in Asana.
This session helps you identify:

  • Work that’s repeatable or high-risk
  • Cross-team handoffs that need visibility
  • Processes that keep getting lost in email/spreadsheets

Turn one-off work into reusable systems

  • Build templates for repeatable projects
  • Standardize workflows so you don’t start from scratch
  • Save time by reusing what already works

Improve intake and reduce back-and-forth

  • Use forms to capture complete, consistent requests
  • Eliminate unclear handoffs and missing info
  • Reduce follow-ups and improve turnaround time

Get better visibility into work (and progress)

  • Track status, ownership, and timelines in one place
  • Surface insights with dashboards and reporting
  • See what’s happening across projects, not just tasks

Make collaboration actually work

  • Create shared workflows across teams
  • Reduce dropped balls and unclear ownership
  • Make work easier to track, follow, and complete

What to know

  • Asana is a workflow tool, not just task tracking
  • It only works if the structure and inputs are strong
  • Value increases as more teams use it consistently

The goal isn’t to use more tools—it’s to lose less work and make it reusable.

Use Asana where it adds clarity, structure, and collaboration—not as a catch-all.

Copilot Skills Workshop: Writing Better Prompts

AI can be a powerful tool for improving efficiency — but getting the best results starts with knowing how to communicate effectively with it. In this session, Rachel Kaplan, VP of Enterprise Solutions and member of eMoney’s AI Committee, shared practical guidance for writing stronger prompts and explores how Copilot can help with brainstorming, summarizing information, drafting content, and simplifying everyday tasks.

Work faster (and smarter)

  • Get past the blank page quickly
  • Draft, summarize, and organize work in minutes
  • Spend more time on higher-value thinking

Learn what actually makes AI “work”

  • Vague prompts = generic output
  • Better inputs → better results
  • First response is a starting point, not the final answer

Use a simple prompt framework

Goal > Context > Structure > Expectations

This helps you get clearer, more relevant outputs — faster.

Try practical techniques right away

  • Ask Copilot to improve your prompt
  • Have it ask you clarifying questions first
  • Define your audience for better responses
  • Use examples to guide format
  • Identify risks and blind spots

Use Copilot as a thought partner

Beyond drafting, use it to:

  • Stress-test ideas
  • Find gaps or risks
  • Simplify complex topics
  • Brainstorm new approaches

The quality of your output depends on how you prompt and iterate. Treat Copilot like a collaborator—not just a tool—and your results will improve dramatically.

Mastering the eMoney Elevator Pitch

How we talk about eMoney matters — both inside and outside of work. In this session, Shawn Bosman, Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, uses the eMoney elevator pitch as a foundation for exploring communication and public speaking skills that can help you speak more confidently in meetings, networking opportunities, and everyday conversations.

Communicate more clearly and confidently

  • Learn a simple structure for public speaking and pitching
  • Avoid over-explaining or losing your audience
  • Make your message easier to follow (and remember)

Use a simple framework that works anywhere

Problem > Solution > Outcome

Use it to:

  • Explain what eMoney does (in plain language)
  • Structure updates, presentations, and conversations
  • Keep your message focused and relevant

Avoid the most common communication mistakes

  • Starting with too much detail
  • Jumping straight to solutions
  • Assuming your audience sees the same problem

Tip: Align on the problem first

Make your message audience-first

  • Tailor your pitch based on who you’re speaking to
  • Use examples that match their world
  • Focus on what’s in it for them and not what you want to say

Apply it beyond sales

This framework is useful for:

  • Client conversations
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Status updates and presentations
  • Everyday “what do you do?” moments

Structure any presentation with ease

Simple flow to follow:

  1. Orient – What are we talking about?
  2. Connect – Why should you care?
  3. Simplify – What’s the key idea?
  4. Deliver – Make it easy to follow
  5. Land – Reinforce the takeaway

What to keep in mind

  • You don’t need to “impress” people
  • You just need to help them follow your thinking
  • Simplicity and clarity almost always win

Great communication isn’t about saying more—it’s about making it easier for others to understand.

Start with the problem, guide them to the solution, and clearly show the outcome.
