In our May 2025 engagement survey, we heard a consistent theme from many of you – there’s an opportunity to bring more structure, clarity, and purpose to how we meet and communicate.
We took that seriously – and real change has been happening across the organization since then. In addition to companywide improvements, each business unit has been acting on its own results to drive meaningful progress within teams.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Hosted 21 focus groups with 175 employees and managers (nearly 30% of the org) to better understand your experiences.
- Launched the Meeting & Communications Best Practices Hub.
- 425+ visits, 100+ content/resource downloads…and still climbing.
- Business unit-led action plans were developed based on what matters most to their respective teams. This includes efforts like:
- Improving cross-functional collaboration by strengthening alignment, increasing visibility into blockers, and clarifying ownership to move work forward faster.
- Helping employees define goals, build personalized career paths, and better understand opportunities for advancement.
- Building AI fluency through hands-on use of tools – helping teams work smarter and improve collaboration.
But the real question is – have these action plans made an impact?
We launched a short pulse survey – on Monday, May 4 – to check in to see what’s working, what’s evolving, and where we can keep getting better.
- If you didn’t see the email from Culture Amp yet, be sure to check your “Other” inbox or Spam folder – sometimes Outlook likes to send it somewhere unexpected! If you can’t find it, email PX@emoneyadvisor.com!
- If you joined us after March 4, 2026, you won’t see this survey, but your feedback will be included in the next one.
Important Notes
- Completing the survey should take less than 20 minutes.
- We’d really love to hear your perspective. Specific feedback is especially encouraged as it helps us better understand what’s working and where we can improve.
- All responses are confidential.
- No one at eMoney can see your name, IP address, or connect your responses back to you. Not your manager, not PX, not anyone!
- Results show up as group data only (trends, not “Robin said this…”).
- Small groups? Culture Amp rolls data up to protect anonymity.
- Every answer – even your spiciest takes – is equally confidential.
- Want a breakdown of how it all works? Check out this short video from PX.
Thank you for helping us build a stronger, more connected eMoney – together!
Really appreciate the visibility into the actions taken since last year’s survey. It’s great to see how feedback has translated into real initiatives, especially around communication and collaboration. I’ll make sure to complete the pulse survey and share my input.
