2025 Performance Bonus & 401(k) Contributions

• 2025 performance bonuses will be paid out on Friday, March 13, 2026, and will appear as a separate paycheck.
• Base compensation increases will be reflected in the March 24 (effective March 1) paycheck.
• Your managers will talk with you about potential bonuses and base compensation increases during Manager 1:1s in February.

The bonus funding for 2025, as previously communicated by the Leadership Team during the January Town Hall, is 125%. Learn more about eMoney’s Bonus Program here.

Bonus Payout and 401(k) Contributions

Your current 401(k) contribution will automatically be deducted from your bonus unless you make a change. Note: While you can adjust your 401(k) contribution if needed, taxes will still be applied to your bonus payment and can’t be adjusted.

Changing Your 401(k) Contributions

If you wanted to adjust your 401(k) contributions before the bonus payment, you needed to make the necessary changes via Fidelity NetBenefits by March 6, 2026.

To return your 401(k) contributions to their previous settings so they’re reflected in the March 24 pay date, you’ll need to log into Fidelity NetBenfits and make the necessary changes between Saturday, March 7 – Friday, March 13, 2026 (by 4 p.m. ET).

To adjust your contributions, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Fidelity NetBenefits.
2. On the homepage dashboard, in the “Take action” section (left side bar), click “Manage contributions.”  
3. On the Contributions page, click “Change contributions” to adjust your contribution amount.
4. When finished, click “Change Contribution Amount” to review and submit your changes.
5. Click “Submit” to make the desired changes.

As a reminder, employees who started on or after:

• Oct. 1, 2025: Are eligible for a compensation increase but not a performance bonus. 
• Nov. 1, 2025: Are not eligible for compensation increases or a performance bonus.
