Lori creates an environment where people feel seen, supported, and empowered – both personally and professionally. She recognizes individual strengths and actively creates space for others to lead, whether it’s through team initiatives or activities that build connection across departments and locations. Lori encouraged Maya (who nominated Lori) to step into new opportunities, like organizing team-building events and meditation sessions for eMoney and the QA organization. One of the most meaningful moments was leading virtual activities for the Bamboo and Avocado teams, spread across the U.S. and offshore – sessions that brought people together, sparked joy, and helped create a sense of unity despite the distance.
Lori’s impact goes far beyond individual moments. When leaders create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel valued, it fuels confidence, belonging, and a willingness to bring your whole self to work. Under her guidance, our teams built stronger relationships and a deeper sense of connection to eMoney. This spirit of inclusivity played a key role in major initiatives like Architecture Modernization, where cross-team collaboration thrived. Maya has seen firsthand how Lori’s support helped teammates feel engaged and connected – especially during our first fully remote team effort.
