New Meeting & Communication Best Practices Hub

Earlier this year, PX hosted a series of Engagement Survey focus group discussions to take a closer look at what’s working – and where we can improve – when it comes to collaboration at eMoney. One message came through loud and clear: Employees want more structure, clarity, and purpose in how we meet and communicate.

In response, the People Experience team created the Meeting & Communications Best Practices Hub to help you plan, lead, and participate in meetings that are more intentional, inclusive, and action-oriented.

In the hub, you’ll find:

• Templates and resources to clear agendas, goals, and outcomes.
• Ways to encourage engagement – including usage of cameras to foster connection and participation.
• Resources for using tools like Microsoft Loop to streamline recaps and action items.

This hub is designed to make every meeting more meaningful – strengthening connection, clarity, and collaboration across our remote-first organization – and will continue to evolve as we add new resources to support effective communication and better ways of working together.
