Big Wins & Growth

• Recevived 8 major industry awards, including innovation and culture recognitions.
• Added 30,000 users to our platform and reached 40% market share – a goal we thought we’d hit in 2027!
• The momentum is strong heading into 2026.

Sales & Finance Update

• Enterprise deals are nearly double last year’s size, with big wins like Citizens and Bessemer Trust.
• Advisor sales are at 105% of quota, and Sales Development Representatives (SDR) booked 2,000 meetings in Q3.
• Revenue is strong and profitability is almost double budget.
• Premium Client Portal hit $1M ARR – huge milestone!

Summit Recap

• Our 12th annual Summit was the highest-grossing ever: $600K revenue, 1,500 registrants, and 857 leads to sales.
• 94% attendee satisfaction and strong sponsor participation.
• Next year’s Summit stays virtual – it works!

People & Culture

• Performance reviews: Manager approvals by Dec 12.
• Bonus payouts March 13, 2026; base comp increases March 1, 2026 (effective March 24).
• Managers: Submit nominations for Employee Excellence Awards by Dec 31.
• Engagement survey focus groups flagged meeting effectiveness – expect new resources and a best practices hub on the Intranet soon.

• First-ever Extra Life Gaming Marathon raised $13K for charity!
• We’re close to hitting our $30K giving goal – donations are doubled on Workplace Giving through year-end.
• Core Value Award nominations close next week; winners announced at Holiday Cookies & Cocktails event on Dec. 9. Deadline to sign up for the event has been extended is Dec. 1!

Farewell to Matt Schulte

• After 25 years, Matt is retiring at year-end. His impact on eMoney – and all of us – has been immeasurable. We’ll miss his steady leadership and Minnesota nice vibes.
