Email from Susan McKenna, CEO, to all employees sent on Sept. 3, 2025
eMoney Team,
I’m pleased to share that after a thorough search, Fred Pattin will be joining eMoney on Monday, September 8, as our new Head of Finance. Fred will serve on the Core Leadership Team (CLT) and report directly to me.

Fred brings a proven track record of financial leadership, having served in senior roles at Trimble, Hasbro, Time Warner Telecom, and First Data. He has also partnered with private equity firms to lead finance organizations, always with a focus on helping technology and SaaS companies grow and scale. Fred began his career at a Big Four accounting firm, is a CPA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bob Jones University. He currently resides in Denver, Co.
As Head of Finance, Fred will oversee finance, accounting and billing, facilities, legal, and enterprise project management – functions that are central to eMoney’s growth and success. Eric Kerble, SVP, Finance; Adam Buchanan, VP, Legal; and Doug Lane, VP, Controller, will report directly to Fred. I am confident Fred’s leadership and expertise will help us continue building on our strong foundation.
I’d also like to thank Eric Kerble for his outstanding leadership as Interim Head of Finance and congratulate him on his promotion to SVP, Finance. In his new role, Eric will oversee financial planning and analysis, procurement, pricing strategy, and project management. Keith Jacoby, Director, Financial Planning and Analysis and Procurement; Ellie Jani, Director, Pricing Strategy; Sonia Quintana, Senior Advisory Project Manager; and Melissa Yetter, Senior Project Manager, will report directly to Eric.
Please join me in welcoming Fred to the eMoney team and in congratulating Eric on his well-deserved promotion. I look forward to the important contributions they both will make as we continue to grow and strengthen our business together.
