Sunsetting Parts of Client Portal

The following areas of client portal were sunset for all users on July 15: the “legacy” Goals page, legacy Explore Mode (part of Goals page), Workshops.

Enabling Clients to Create Scenarios from New Explore Mode

The Plan Explorer is part of the Premium Client Portal that enables clients to create alternate financial plans, also referred to as scenarios, without impacting their base plan. Plan Explorer provides the features of Explore Mode, which was withdrawn on July 15, 2025, and adds a number of enhancements including: (1) Ability for client to create multiple scenarios, (2) Ability to include fact changes not available in Explore Mode, such as income sources, living expenses, and coming soon – savings contributions, (3) An improved, more modern user experience. Internal Aggregation Component Release (UI Enhancements on Accounts Page for Client Portal)

The client portal accounts page is getting a natural glow-up by injecting some user experience improvements based on UX research. The key enhancements in this release include a modernized interface, a new “Manage Connections” section highlighting the health of their accounts, password unmasking to reduce credential errors, simplified error resolution workflows, and UI transparency for advisors and support roles so that they can see exactly what their client sees – all aimed at creating a more intuitive and helpful experience for our clients as it relates to their success with connecting and maintaining their accounts.  Read more…
