Action Required: Policy Acknowledgments 2025

As a part of our ongoing commitment to security and compliance, eMoney distributed important policies that require your acknowledgment by July 31, 2025.

This process helps ensure everyone understands the security requirements that support our Service Organization Control 2 (SOC2) compliance and align with both industry standards and client expectations. Learn more about SOC2 here. 

eMoney is audited annually for SOC2 compliance, conducted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) – a standard requirement for SaaS companies in the financial services industry. We’ve successfully maintained compliance since 2014, and your timely acknowledgment of these policies helps us continue to meet these standards in 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not acknowledge these policies within five business days, you, your manager, and business unit leader will receive daily email reminders until the process is complete.

All employees are required to review the updated policies and agree to their terms and conditions. To do so, please follow these steps for each policy:

• Log in to the Service Portal via Okta.
• Click on the policies awaiting your acknowledgment at the top of the page. Please acknowledge the policies from left to right.
• Click the “Read and Accept” button.
• Read through the policy terms.
• Click the box at the bottom next to “Agree with terms and conditions,” and hit “Submit.”
