PLANNING

MC Single Trial in Reports and Presentations

For many years, Decision Center has given users the ability to see relevant projection reports reflect specific monte carlo trials in addition to straight line projections. This is beneficial as it helps users assess plan outcomes across a range of possible/more realistic market outcomes. This same capability will now be available to users in the Reports tab as well as the Presentation experience.  Read more…

Autonomous Planning Enhancements (For Beta Users)

  1. Currently, system-generated techniques display descriptive titles, which is helpful in understanding what the technique is doing. When a user saves this technique, these descriptive titles do not persist. With this enhancement, these descriptive titles will persist, eliminating the need to retitle, and providing helpful transparency to users. Releasing May 28.
  2. Currently, users can dismiss system-generated techniques if they don’t want them in the plan. But if they click the Generate button again, this same technique will resurface. With this enhancement, the system will remember dismissed techniques, meaning when a user clicks the Generate button again, it will not resurface the dismissed technique – the systems outputs will instead adjust to achieve the target probability of success without the dismissed technique. Releasing May 28 or early June.

Needs Analysis – Life Insurance Gap Analysis (2 Enhancements)

  1. For the printed version of this analysis, we will be exposing more helpful data points atop the summary page, similar to what is displayed online.
  2. We’re giving users the ability, from within this module, to input/adjust a client’s retirement age and life expectancy (similar to data fields present in the retirement analysis), as these are relevant to a life insurance gap analysis as well.

SHARED SERVICES

Account Type Enhancements

We’ve upgraded our account type mapping in Nexus by replacing legacy enums with flexible string-based identifiers. This enhancement ensures we can seamlessly support emerging account types—like Indexed Annuities and RILAs—without hitting system limits, while also reducing data mismatches and support tickets. As a bonus, users now have more flexibility in selecting account types and subtypes that best reflect their clients’ holdings. Read more…
