The Knowledge Base Podcast launched in September 2023 as a new offering aimed at helping our Auditory Learners. On July 16, we will hit a major milestone: 20 episodes! That’s about 10 hours of audio content, covering a diverse array of topics including: Decision Center, Bamboo, Data Migration Services, the Getting Started Program and more.
The goal is to teach advisors about a specific part of the eMoney platform in an audio-only format that supports learning on-the-go and learning while multitasking. Recently, we began interviewing advisors in ‘Advisor Chat’ episodes so that our customers can learn from each other – a common request. Since launch, about 1,500 advisors have listened to multiple episodes of the podcast!
The Knowledge Base Podcast is a private, unlisted podcast. It can be accessed by advisors and employees through the Help Menu in eMoney. You can also follow this link to access the podcast’s website directly or even subscribe to get the newest episodes directly in your favorite podcast application!
Shoutout to Kate Hynson for almost single-handedly making this happen! The eLearning team and colleagues around the organization have supported her where needed, but Kate had the initial idea, she got leadership to sign off, she contacted interview subjects, recorded, and edited almost entirely on her own. Kate is a great example of someone who goes above and beyond in service to our clients and in pursuit of eMoney’s mission: helping people talk about money.
