In 2023, we made a huge impact together! Collectively, we donated a whopping $30,000 to over 115 organizations! Additionally, 108 employees dedicated 1,048 hours to volunteering. In 2024, we remain committed to our goal of donating $30,000. However, we’re setting our sights even higher this year with the following goals in mind:
- Achieve a 25% employee participation rate – an increase of 7% from 2023 – to financially support causes we all care about.
- Increase the total number of volunteer hours to 1,500 with 150 employees participating.
2-for-1 Employer Match
To jumpstart participation, we are happy to announce that throughout the month of May, eMoney will double the employer match for benefits-eligible employees through Workplace Giving ($100 match limit per year per employee). For example, if you donate $25 (the minimum donation amount in Workplace Giving), eMoney will generously contribute $50 – resulting in a total charitable contribution of $75! Virtual Charitable Giving Event
eMoney is planning to host a virtual event (cast your below) in June (date yet to be determined) that promises to be fun, build camaraderie, and facilitate a little friendly competition with prizes! To participate, benefits-eligible employees must complete one of the following items by May 31, 2024:
- Make a charitable donation through Workplace Giving ($25 minimum)
- Use or submit for Volunteer Time Off (VTO) in ADP
- BONUS! If you email photos to the EEC of you volunteering during your VTO, you’ll be eligible to have a $25 donation made to the charity of your choice!

- Monte Carlo Night: Enjoy an evening of virtual casino games, including blackjack, roulette, and the money wheel. A Pit Boss and live dealers will guide you through the games. Compete with your colleagues as each player will start with the same number of chips. Rotate from table to table to test your skills at different games and the player with the highest chip count at the end of the night wins!
- Trivia Night: Join us for a team-based trivia competition hosted by a live emcee. The trivia will cover a wide range of categories including logos, polls, and questions that will keep you on your toes.
- Murder Mystery: Prepare for a thrilling team-based escape the room competition that will put your detective skills to the test. Work together to crack codes, solve puzzles, and find your way back to the main room!
