A longstanding top user request has been the modernization of the look and feel of reports. Over the past few years, eMoney has modernized and made ADA accessible many of the top used reports. This is a continuation of that effort, specifically related to Estate Flow Charts and Detailed Estate Flow Charts. Today on select reports which display a client’s income streams and associated details, these incomes are not listed chronologically. This makes it more difficult to read through the list and ensure incomes are accounted for (as most people tend to think about lifetime income streams chronologically). This feature makes it so income streams are now sorted in chronological order, making it easier and more easily digestible by advisors and clients. Read more…

These enhancements to the tasks and next steps functionality include an ability to scroll through a full list of tasks and next steps, ability to filter the list to view all (including complete items) or view active items, and an ability to complete an item from the tasks and next steps list. Additionally, Task & Next steps icon at the top of the navigation will no longer be visible if the client has the My Advisor page. This will be replaced by a counter next to “My Advisor” to indicate there are open tasks & next steps. Users who do not have My Advisor page enabled will continue to see the existing icon. Read more…

This functionality gives users the ability to sync client website users with Facts in the Facts/Advanced Facts area. If an advisor has a client named Bob and Gale Smith, and he creates a client website for Gale, there is a new flow in place to make sure that Gale also exists in the Facts>Family and Friends area. This is a foundational level feature that is setting the table for future capabilities based on business needs. There is business to be made with integration partners that would require the ability to know WHO exactly the user is within the client’s financial picture.
