Tax season is upon us, and we’d like to remind you that your W2, 1095-B, and 1095-C tax forms are available! Keep scrolling for more information and instructions for accessing them.
- Employees enrolled in a medical plan through Aetna can access the 1095-B form electronically on Aetna’s member website, NOT the mobile app.
- 1095-C forms can be accessed in ADP.
- W-2 forms were sent via traditional mail but can also be accessed in ADP.
Accessing Your 1095-B Form on Aetna.com
- Log in to Aetna’s member website, not the Aetna app
- Click the hamburger menu on the top right-hand side of the page and click on Inbox > Documents. From there, you’ll see the 2022 1095-B tax forms
Accessing Your 1095-C Forms on ADP.com
- Log in to ADP
- Click Myself > Pay > Pay & Tax Statements
- Click on View Statement under 1095-C in the Tax Statements tile
Accessing your W2 Form on ADP.com
- Log in to ADP
- Click Myself > Pay > Pay & Tax Statements
- Click on View Statement under W2 in the Tax Statements tile
