In February, we announced a few updates related to the scope of work managed by our Relationship Management team, in addition to their new name (formerly the Adoption team). Since then, our RMs have served as the central points of contact for our top accounts, partnering with many teams across the organization. In the past few months, we’ve learned a lot from this shift and felt there was more we could do to strengthen internal alignment and provide additional value to our clients. It’s with these goals in mind that we’ve decided to transition the RM team to Client Services, reporting to Frank Tropiano.
You may have heard that Leslie Knotts recently left the organization. We are planning to begin the search for a new VP of Relationship Management soon. Until that role is filled, RMs Nicole Prestileo, Rachel Davidson, Sean Gallagher, Melinda Etheridge, and Lisamarie Roberto will report directly to Frank.
We’re confident this move will enable more collaboration, transparency, and strategic support across our book of clients, while also supporting the evolution of the RM team.
