To enhance our user’s experience, Product will be performing system maintenance Saturday, April 22 from 10 p.m. ET – Sunday, April 23 at 6 a.m. ET which may result in system interruptions. Please see below for more information.

Client Communications

  • Similar to how we handled messaging in the past, we plan to post a login message for all EMA and enterprise installs from Saturday, April 22 until the morning of Sunday, April 23.
  • We are providing home offices that are on individual installs a prior heads-up.
  • If you support a firm that SSO’s into eMoney, advisors will not see the log-in message. Please let your home office POCs know ahead of time.
