In an effort to continuously improve and optimize our organization in support of our most important business objectives, the Product team has created a new role of Group Product Manager. A common role in the software industry, Group Product Managers lead high-performing teams that are focused on specific product lines to drive strategy, vision, and execution. This important role will manage pods of product and design professionals through the product development lifecycle — from research and discovery through strategic planning and execution of our roadmaps — ensuring tight alignment with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and top accounts.
As the Product Leadership team and I continue to codify and socialize our short- and long-term strategies in the areas of Advisor and Client Experience, Strategic Partnerships and Integrations, Aggregation, and Data Insights, we have made the decision to introduce the Group Product Manager role in three key areas, including Advisor Experience, Client Experience, and Strategic Partnerships and Integrations to bolster and accelerate key strategies that help eMoney protect and grow our core business and make measurable progress in our technology evolution. In the future, there may be additional GPM positions as our strategy evolves.
With that said, we are pleased to announce that Josh Belfiore (Advisor Experience), Chris Grant (Client Experience), and Luke White (Strategic Partnerships and Integrations), have been promoted to Group Product Manager for their respective areas. Under their leadership, we are excited to engage with the market, elevate our domain expertise, and accelerate many of the exciting objectives that are planned to solidify eMoney as a market leader for years to come. Please join us in congratulating Josh, Chris, and Luke on their new positions.
In addition, we’d like to extend congratulations to Alex Mauritz (Advisory UX Researcher) and Jay Jackson (Technical Product Manager) on their recent promotions. Alex has played a key role in strengthening our discovery and research process in our quest to be more data-driven with more insights from our customers and the market at large. Jay is taking on a new role as a product manager focusing his attention back on integrations and APIs, helping us deliver an extensible and more connected product that will open us up to new markets and use cases to grow our business.
I am confident in our strategy and excited about the progress we are making together. Thanks to all of the tremendously talented and passionate people in our organization, I know we are ready to get after it!
