During the January 2023 Town Hall, the Leadership Team reviewed our 2023 Strategic Priorities and each business unit’s key initiatives to support these priorities. These simple yet powerful commitments will help us remain focused on key drivers of success in 2023 and beyond.
Now that our priorities have been set, it’s time to complete our annual goal-setting process, which ensures we share a common vision and holds each of us accountable for the roles we play in driving eMoney forward.
You and your manager will meet to review strategic priorities and departmental goals as they relate to your team and your individual goals. You’ll use this time to decide on goals together. Why? Because the quality and success of eMoney is due to our collective efforts, so we want to ensure everyone understands why and how the work you do every day will contribute to eMoney’s bottom line.
As noted in DIG, each employee should plan to submit a minimum of 4 goals. If you need recommendations on how your goals can be expanded to meet the requirement, please reach out to your manager or PX.
This year, every employee must set a development plan for the entire year – which can be inclusive of a competency area and/or other skills you’d like to expand upon in 2023. But why? Because development plans can help you think about what you want and outline the steps you need to take in order to achieve your professional and personal growth goals. NOTE: Self-development should not be a separate goal. Instead, each employee should create a development plan that focuses on enhancing their skills within their role and/or within at least one of the competencies.
