Overview

This year, we came incredibly close to our goal of 1,000 registrations, and for this being our second virtual Summit, we’re extremely pleased with the number of attendees and attendance rate. For a more detailed recap of the 2021 eMoney Summit, please see below!

Enhancing the Experience

While last year’s goal was to take an in-person experience and make it digital, this year’s objective was to create a stellar virtual event that leveraged best practices from last year’s virtual event data.

Changes to the Digital Environment

Created a virtual stage, updated the look, feel, and navigation of the platform – which were modeled after best practices for digital events.

Changes to Content

Removed a main stage keynote speaker and entertainment to provide more breaks and opportunities for Continuing Education opportunities – which was in response to feedback we received from attendees in 2020.
Added daily opening and closing videos to replicate the role of an MC at an in-person event.
Promoted more content on the platform homepage – thanks to the re-design.
Added CLT networking and discussion forums – giving attendees more exposure to our leadership team.
