Client Implementation

Led by Alana Harper – VP, Client Implementation

Client Implementation helps new and existing clients get up and running with eMoney successfully.

The team includes three main groups:

  • Sales Engineering – helps prospects understand how eMoney works and how it fits their needs before they become clients.
  • Implementation Engineering – configures eMoney and supports the technical setup once a client signs on.
  • Program Management (two teams) – keeps implementations on track by coordinating people, timelines, and deliverables.

Client Implementation works closely with clients and internal eMoney teams to guide each implementation from start to finish, making sure clients launch smoothly and feel supported every step of the way.

Sales Engineering

The Sales Engineering team partners with Sales to help prospects and clients understand how eMoney’s technology will work for them.

Sales Engineers meet with clients early in the sales process to learn about their goals, systems, and data needs. They help translate those needs into the right eMoney solutions and ensure a smooth handoff to the Implementation team once a client moves forward.

Implementation Engineering

The Implementation Engineering team focuses on the technical work needed to successfully launch clients on the eMoney platform.

Implementation Engineers are experts in the eMoney platform and are responsible for configuring the system for new clients, answering technical questions, and supporting the implementation process. They work closely with Program Management to ensure each implementation stays on track and meets client needs.

Program Management

The Program Management team helps guide clients through their work with eMoney from start to finish.

They partner closely with clients and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver work during implementations and ongoing reviews, ensuring projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with client needs.

Program Management includes two teams:

  • Implementation Program Management
