We became aware of an issue within Decision Center around 4:15 p.m. ET yesterday, Oct. 30, that required the feature to be disabled.
Upon investigation, we learned that a third-party library used for animation in Decision Center (Lottie Player) was compromised, which resulted in a phishing attempt via a pop-up message. Approximately 1,900 eMoney users may have been exposed to the pop-up message.
The issue has since been resolved, and we are communicating with impacted clients.
