A cross-functional team has been hard at work developing a holistic learning experience for eMoney users in one easy to navigate platform: The Learning Center! As the team prepares for an October launch, read more below about the work that has been done and what is to come.

Please refer back to this page for additional updates.

What is The Learning Center?

The Learning Center offers new and returning eMoney users a personalized learning experience, supporting continuous learning at every stage of their journey. The curriculum was re-designed with action focused micro-lessons that align with an individual user’s business goals.

Why was The Learning Center created?

The Learning Center was created to unify our advisors’ learning experience into one easy to navigate platform that will offer continuous learning throughout the user lifecycle. It will also increase efficiencies internally by integrating the various tools together to automate manual data processing tasks.

What teams have been involved in this project?

Many teams have collaborated on this project including coaching, training, eLearning, enterprise PMO, information systems technology, enterprise systems, retention marketing, and product marketing.

What work has been done to date?

The team is currently 6 months into the pre-implementation phase. They have dedicated time to the following initiatives:

  • Created a robust curriculum that includes 170 courses, webinars, coaching calls, and videos
  • Styled the Learning Management System (LMS) to match eMoney’s new “Simple Premium” design
  • Added a single sign-on access point into eMoney
  • Engineered multiple solutions through Salesforce and Middleware to ensure all systems communicate seamlessly
  • Configured multiple learning journeys to ensure each user’s experience is personalized to match their needs

What work still needs to be done for launch?

To prepare for launch, the next 4 months will be dedicated to:

  • Completing quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing
  • Conducting an external user experience (UX) field study
  • Ensuring internal readiness across the eMoney organization, including demos for all client-facing teams

When will The Learning Center be available?

The Learning Center is scheduled to go live to EMA users Oct. 24, 2024, and partners Nov. 6, 2024.

Who do I contact if I have questions about launch?

Please reach out to Melissa Yetter.

The team is excited to empower users through The Learning Center as they move along the path of novice, proficient, expert and ultimately becoming brand advocates!
