In this course, you will learn how to effectively deliver both positive and developmental feedback. You will also learn how to be receptive to feedback and to listen to accurately understand the speaker’s intended message. Leading With Purpose (October 3, October 10, October 17: 1 – 4:30 p.m. ET)
Leading with Purpose is a four-part virtual training experience that integrates the strategic leadership principles and communication skills needed to lead with impact and drive breakout performance.
Addressing Performance Challenges (October 24: 1- 4:30 p.m. ET)
This course builds leaders’ skills in handling chronic performance problems. They learn how to document and present a solid case for needed improvement and use effective interaction skills. Leaders identify the steps to take after the performance problem discussion to provide ongoing feedback and support and determine if it is necessary to impose formal consequences.
