Throughout the year, it’s crucial to have ongoing conversations with your manager about all the amazing progress you’re making. In addition to these regular conversations, you’ll need to complete one official “How am I doing?” mid-year check-in that gets recorded in DIG. And guess what? The 2024 mid-year reviews are kicking off on Monday, June 3! These reviews are your chance to show off your performance and all the progress you’ve made on your goals, development plans, and competencies for the first half of the year. Don’t forget to submit yours to your manager by Friday, June 14.
