Questions

1. Does the bonus funding include Fidelity’s input?
   • The bonus plan framework is approved by the Comp Committee that includes Joanne Del Signore, Megan Murray, Susan McKenna, Elizabeth Tucker as well as several Fidelity board members.  We will review the financials and results with the committee on Jan. 24 and get their approval and will provide an update to the organization shortly after.
2. How is the employee goal attainment percentage calculated?
   • During the year-end assessment, managers assign a rating to each employee goal based on employee accomplishments/progress that is calculated to an overall performance rating.
3. Can employees participate in the Bug Bounty program?
   • Since we’re asking individuals to identify “bad” code, having employees participate and evaluate code which they may have written is a potential conflict of interest; however, we’re open to exploring ways in which employees can participate in the future.  Additionally, eMoney leverages a third-party to manage the bug-bounty program which requires vetting and registration.
4. Do we have any future plans to make the eMoney Knowledge Podcast a Video Podcast?
   • Our goal was to provide an auditory learning option so no plans to turn it into a video podcast at this time.
5. What is our current market share?
   • We calculate and report out on our market share annually to the board of directors and have set an internal goal to reach 40% market share over the next 5 years. Currently, eMoney has 32% market share, as defined by the % of Financial Professionals who use our software.  Industry data points to 310K financial professionals in the industry.
