As a remote-first employer, we’ve all had to find new ways (and maybe get a little creative!) to connect and collaborate with one another to build and maintain successful relationships. And we’ve been able to do so successfully through the following:
- Hosted virtual events for holiday cookie baking and cocktail making and even painting!
- Launched and continue to host CLT Office Hours to reinforce the leadership team’s commitment to open and honest communication. To date, more than 55 employees have attended a session. For more information about CLT Office Hours, how to sign up for the upcoming May & June sessions, and to see what your peers are saying about their experiences – click here.
- Facilitated peer-to-peer coffee talks – which resulted in participation from more than 50 employees. These sessions were created by the EEC and intended to encourage open-ended discussions about a range of topics with your peers. Sign up here for the next session on April 27!
- Brought teams together and gathered onsite/in-person in Radnor for various all-hands meetings for different business units.
Be on the lookout for more information about a virtual cooking class in May!
