As part of the People-First value, we’re committed to recognizing and rewarding our employees and we do that a few ways.
- In 2022, more than 12,900 eMpower recognitions were made – totaling 316,000 points, and more than 439,000 points were redeemed – which equals more than $122,000!

- More than 130 employees received an eMoney Excellence Award (EEA) in 2022 – which resulted in $155,000 issued.
- The eMoney Excellence Awards are awarded on a bi-annual basis and nominations can be submitted by managers. Click here to learn more about the awards program.
