Mandatory Harassment Training

As your employer, it’s eMoney’s responsibility to promote and maintain a safe and welcoming work environment. Starting Monday, April 3, every employee and manager will be assigned a self-paced mandatory harassment prevention training course in DIG. In order to satisfy all legal requirements, all employees will be required to complete this course on or before May 3, 2023. 

Please note the following:

  • All employees – except those living in the state of California – will be required to complete this every year.
  • California employees will complete harassment training once every two years.
  • If you completed the harassment training as part of the new hire onboarding process between Jan. 1 – April 3, 2023, you will not be assigned the training until 2024.
  • Going forward the harassment prevention training will be automatically assigned annually (or Biannually for CA) from the date of last completion.

Accessing the Harassment Prevention Training

The appropriate course has been automatically assigned to you in DIG based on the state where you reside. You’ll receive an email notification from the DIG platform on Monday, April 3 notifying you of such. Most* of the courses will take an hour or less to complete. NOTE: *Training for California managers will require two hours to complete.

To access the course, click on the DIG icon via Okta and navigate to the platform. The Harassment Prevention course can be accessed through the “My Learning Assignments” section (screenshot below) on the DIG dashboard. IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to complete the course in its entirety – including the final assessment. When the course is successfully completed, it will be removed from My Learning Assignments and appear as completed in your Training Transcript.
