Alana Harper is VP of Client Implementation, a role that reflects two decades worth of eMoney experience and expertise. Here’s a look back!

In 2003, Alana joined as the Director of Enterprise Implementation after spending more than eight years at Reuters and a short stint at IMS Health. Believe it or not, in 2003, the Enterprise Implementation team was a part of Product Management. Over time, Product and Client Services ultimately became separate business units. Today, Client Services is comprised of Client Support, Client Service, and Client Implementation, and Alana is responsible for Client Implementation.

Some of the most notable projects she’s worked on during her time with eMoney stem from the very early days of getting started with some of eMoney’s first clients like Lenox and CFG. Back in the day, everything was being built from the ground up – i.e., they were working on a VERY early version of the eMoney platform and had no documentation or processes in place! Through the years as the company grew, she was heavily involved in creating the processes we now rely on and collaborating on many projects to help build out the software to support our growing client base.

Her favorite thing over the years has been watching the amazing growth eMoney has experienced – inclusive of our people, product offerings, and clients! To quote Alana, “Through it all, eMoney has always hired talented, passionate team members who are vested in the success of eMoney and our clients.”

And to end on a very high note, Alana’s favorite memory from working at eMoney is a particularly satisfying win over Frank Tropiano (Head of Client Services) during an obstacle course race at a Radnor picnic in 2018.

Congrats on 20 years with eMoney, Alana! Here’s to many more wins in the future.
