As we continue to embrace our remote-first culture, the CLT and EEC are excited to introduce Regional Teams Channels for engaging with other employees in your region. Whether you live close by to your peers and want to meet up for coffee or a meal, or you discover that you share similar interests and experiences, the channels are a way to connect both virtually and in-person.
How Does It Work?
There will be four “General” Teams channels broken down by region on Microsoft Teams. Each channel will contain separate chats for each state that fall within that region. If interested, employees will opt-in to join their state’s chat and also have the option of chatting with anyone in their region’s General channel. This ensures that employees who may not have any peers in their state can still connect with others in their region.
