Office Reservation System Update

Technology December 7, 2022 Elizabeth Mazanek

Beginning Jan. 1, 2023, you will no longer be required to reserve a workstation or meeting room in the eMoney offices using SmartWay2 – our workplace scheduling software system. Access to the system will end on this date. Please read the important updates below.

  • Workstation Hardware
    • Employees who choose to work in the Radnor and Providence offices may select any workstation – cubicle, desk, or office – that is open.
    • If the location you choose needs additional hardware (camera, keyboard, mouse, etc.), please submit a ticket in the Service Portal. CorpOps will provide the items and assist you with installation.
  • Connecting to WiFi and VPN
    • To connect to WiFi and VPN, follow these instructions.
    • Note: Connecting to the wireless emoneyguest network using VPN is the preferred method for eMoney office connectivity. If a “hard-wired” connection is required, contact CorpOps for assistance.
    • If you’re having issues connecting, please visit CorpOps on the fourth floor or send us a chat on Teams from your mobile device.
  • Meeting Room Reservations
    • To reserve a meeting room, use Outlook > Calendar > Invite Attendees and add the specified meeting room as a required attendee for your meeting.
    • If you need assistance booking a meeting room, please submit a ticket in the Service Portal.
  • Security Badge System
    • Always use your badge when entering any eMoney office.
    • If you lost your badge or do not have one yet, please submit a badge request in the Service Portal > CorpOps Systems > Request Office/Badge Access.
    • This will be the only method administered for contact tracing.
  • If you have come into contact with a person with COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and have been in the office within 48 hours of that exposure or diagnosis, you must contact covidconcerns@emoneyadvisor.com.
    • If you test positive for COVID-19 or come into close contact with someone with COVID-19, you may return to office when at least 5 days have passed.

If you have additional questions, please contact CorpOps using the IT Operations – Public > CorpOps channel on Teams.
