Please take a few minutes to review the important reminders below regarding mandatory security trainings that must be completed by Dec. 31, 2022.
All employees are required to complete monthly security trainings through Wombat – our security education platform – available in Okta. Trainings are assigned to each employee on the 1st of every month via email, and it is best practice to complete the trainings on a monthly basis. Employees who do not complete the trainings receive weekly reminders, and their managers are sent a report with the list of incomplete trainings. Please note all trainings must be completed by Dec. 31, 2022.
In addition to Wombat security trainings for all employees, all Developers and QA Analysts are required to complete a separate developer security training within Veracode as part of eMoney’s compliance efforts. This group should receive routine reminders to complete the training. Managers can check their team’s progress in Veracode. Please note this is an annual training and you have until Dec. 31, 2022 to complete it.
We highly recommend that you complete any outstanding assignments as soon as possible to avoid extra work at the end of the year and allow you to enjoy the holiday season.
