Dear eMoney Associates,
After a thorough search, I am very pleased to share that Susan McKenna has been named the next CEO of eMoney Advisor. Susan has been serving as interim CEO at eMoney since March and will step into her new role full time as of Monday, August 15.
Susan has been a valued member of the eMoney leadership team since 2018, currently serving as our Head of Marketing and Sales. Her passion for our business, her many years of experience in the SaaS industry, her vision and great leadership qualities make her a perfect steward for eMoney as it continues to grow and evolve. I am excited to watch eMoney thrive under Susan’s leadership.
Susan McKenna has been appointed as eMoney’s new CEO – effective Aug. 15, 2022. Prior to this appointment, Susan served as interim CEO (March – August 2022) and head of marketing and sales since 2018.
It will likely take a few months to fill Susan’s former role as head of marketing and sales. However, the leadership team will work swiftly and diligently to find the right candidate to fill this position.
In the interim, Rachel Eccles, SVP, Marketing, Morgan Jones, SVP, Sales, and Jim Chehanske, VP, Sales Development will continue to report to Susan.
No, the timing of these changes is purely coincidental. eMoney will continue to operate independently from Fidelity with the same entrepreneurial spirit that has contributed to its success to date. The firms will collaborate as they always have
