In the spirit of togetherness and catching up with new and familiar faces, the EEC and CLT are excited to host August Together Days from August 16-18. All employees who meet the requirements for working from an office and attending in-person events are invited to work from the office in Radnor and Providence, share a meal with coworkers, and engage in some friendly competition with the fun activities outlined below. This is also a great opportunity, if you were already planning any in-office team or department meetings, to schedule them on the same days to get to spend some time in the office with not only your teammates but also colleagues from other departments. A Happy Hour event will be held in San Diego on Thursday, August 18. Please note: Together Days are completely optional.
Lunch will be held each day at 12 p.m. in the 3rd floor kitchen.
Join us for Movie Trivia by the main stairs from 3 – 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17.
Challenge your coworkers to some friendly competition! There will be a tournament each day, and you are not required to participate in all three days to win. Sign-up sheets will be available each morning for the particular activity that day. (TIME: TBD; once participants are known)

Compete with your coworkers during the Ping Pong Tournament being held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! Sign-up sheets will be available each morning. Players must participate on both Wednesday and Thursday if they would like to win the prize.
To help us plan accordingly, please sign up using this form no later than Wednesday, August 10. You may come in one or as many as three days if you’d like! We ask that you commit to attending for the full work day if you sign up to participate.
