Our New Head of Product, Tom Sullivan

Leadership Team June 28, 2022 Grayce Turnbach

We’re thrilled to introduce our new head of product, Tom Sullivan. After an extensive five-month search, the leadership team believes that they found the best-qualified candidate to lead our product vision and strategy, and they are confident in Tom’s ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the organization.

Tom joins eMoney today as a deeply experienced leader with a fantastic sense for strategic product management and a proven track record of working closely with customers to develop insights, solve business challenges, and create value – all within the SaaS industry. With more than 20 years of experience, Tom is a results-driven and imaginative leader with a history of success at both large and small organizations.

Most recently, Tom served as chief product and strategy officer at Os33, managing director of product strategy at Tangoe, and vice president, head of product management and strategy, at Sparta Systems. Notably, Tom also served as vice president and managing director at Albridge Solutions – an eMoney integration partner – for more than 10 years where he was responsible for functions such as product management, marketing, new business development, and relationship management. Prior to his SaaS experience, he began his career as a financial advisor.

As head of product and a member of the core leadership team reporting directly to Susan McKenna. Tom will be responsible for driving innovation, product advancement, and user experience and creating and solidifying eMoney’s multi-year product strategy. This work will define how we enhance and improve our products and services to deliver a best-in-class experience for advisors and end-users of our technology and support our goal to reach 30M households.

In the next few weeks, Tom will be meeting with various individuals and teams across the organization, and he will make his companywide debut on July 28 at our next Town Hall. Meeting invites will be sent early next month. Until then, please join us in welcoming Tom to eMoney!
