eMoney’s Educational Assistance Program is designed to encourage and provide financial support for our employees to pursue outside studies in order to improve job performance and prepare for advancement opportunities within eMoney. Approved educational assistance applications are eligible for reimbursement of up to 100% of expenses up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year per employee.
The Educational Assistance Program encompasses any continuing education, defined as:

“For my Bachelor’s degree, it was my last class required to finish my degree and I had just started full-time at eMoney and the educational assistance was an added bonus! For my Master’s degree, I initially used it to pay for books for my MSCS, because Villanova gave me a full-tuition scholarship, but then decided to also peruse a MA in Math, and used the tuition assistance to cover ~85% of the tuition for my Master’s in math.”
