EMAIL TO ALL EMPLOYEES FROM JUNE 3, 2022:

Throughout the year, you should be having ongoing conversations with your manager about progress being made toward your goals, competencies, and development plans. In addition to these conversations, you are required to have one formal mid-year check-in that will be logged in DIG. The 2022 mid-year reviews – which are an assessment of your performance for the first half of the year – begin on Monday, June 6 and should be submitted to your manager by Friday, June 17. Check out the DIG Performance Module User Guide for steps on how to complete the mid-year review in DIG.

This year, we encourage you to take a proactive approach in how you think about your performance and your goals for the rest of the year. To help you feel prepared to assess your performance consider asking yourself:

  • What have you accomplished?
  • How did you measure it?
  • What do you want to accomplish in the next few months?
  • What will your tactical strategy be in the second half of the year to achieve your goals?
  • How can your manager and network help?

eMoney also offers additional resources to help you as you complete your assessment and prepare for the conversation with your manager. Please see below for more information.
